Why we use it

We use these details only to answer your question and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in replying to it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages that do not lead to a collaboration for up to 12 months. If you become a client, we keep the data as long as needed for the work and our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. If we use AI tools for your project, we only use business accounts and only share what the work requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@velavenmarketing.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
